The 3rd meeting of the Strategic Planning Session (SPS) Taskforce occurred on 11 January 2024, at Academia. Chaired by Dr Sidney Yee, the Taskforce comprises leaders from the Biomedical and Health Standards Committee (BHSC) and its Technical Committees (TCs). Members deliberated on key focus areas for the BHSC and its TCs over the next three years, which include:
- AI in Laboratory Testing
- Green Laboratory
- Healthcare Data Interoperability
- Good Practice for Early Feasibility Study (EFS)
- Data Interoperability in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Digitalisation
These topics will undergo further discussion in the upcoming SPS scheduled for March 2024, with the objective of identifying new standardisation opportunities and strategies to promote the associated standards.
