On 8 November 2023, the 12th BHSC Meeting was convened at Academia (Outram Park), marking the inauguration of the new BHSC, which will serve from 1 August 2023 to 31 July 2026.

Dr Yong Chern Chet, the Chair of BHSC, delivered a welcoming address during the meeting.

Members introduced themselves, and Prof John Lim provided an overview of the Duke-NUS Centre of Regulatory Excellence (CoRE).

Updates were shared on the BHSC Workplan, Strategic Planning Session (SPS), Technical Committee nominations, and new Work Items for exploration.

The session, concluded with a networking lunch, set an upbeat tone for a productive new term.
